Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountants of Hamilton and Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SOUTHWEST CONTRACTING (2010) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 23 February 2011 at 10.34am.
We fix 31 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
