Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 March 2011 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that JIMS WAY CONSULTING LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig Andrew Benington, chartered accountant of Queenstown,
be appointed as liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 March 2011 at 12.00 midday.
