John Howard Ross Fisk and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RPL LIMITED (in liquidation)
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 February 2011 at 11.25am.
We fix 16 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
