Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 February 2011 at the times stated below:
- MASONRY HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.20am.
- NORTHERN BRICKLAYERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.27am.
- RESIDENTIAL BUILDING BROKERS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.17am.
- THE BOOK BROKER LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.29am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 21 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
