Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, David William Pearson, chartered accountant of Napier, was appointed liquidator of the above-named incorporated society by a special resolution of the members on 10 February 2011.
The liquidation commenced on 10 February 2011 at 8.06pm.
The committee has signed a certificate under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the incorporated society is solvent.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, as liquidator, I fix 11 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims.
