Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 February 2011 at the times stated below:
- TOLAGA BAY GARAGE (2007) LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.37am.
- R. BECKETT CONTRACTING LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.48am.
We fix 7 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
