Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on 15 February 2011 at 10.00am, appointed Marcus Eldon Diprose, lawyer of Rotorua, as liquidator of the above-named company, the directors having first resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts.
