Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Michael John Turner and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of WAIORA ESTATE LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 8 February 2011 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 17 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register WAIORA ESTATE LIMITED
("the company"), by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that
the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
The date by which an objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar is 17 March 2011.
