Notice of Appointment of Administrator
Pursuant to Section 239ADW of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Peter Coleman, accountant, was appointed as administrator of the above-named company, on 1 February 2011, by the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that the administrator has called a first meeting of creditors of the company, pursuant to section 239AJ(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to be held at 3.00pm on Friday 11 February 2011 at The Corporate Centre, Level 1, 60 Cook Street, Auckland.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
(a) confirm the appointment of the administrator; and
(b) determine whether to appoint a creditors' committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting are required to have registered their debt with the administrator prior to the meeting.
