Notice of Intention to Release Administrators
We, Damien Grant and Steven Khov, administrators of INDEPENDENT MAGAZINE DISTRIBUTORS LIMITED (administrators appointed), whose place of business is situated at 36 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland, hereby give notice, in accordance with section 3(1) as required by section 239Q(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the administrators of the company resolve the following effective as at 11.00am on 27 October 2011:
(a) To resign as administrators of the above-named company.
(b) The above-named company is to be handed back to the board.
