Notice of Dissolution of Partnership
In the matter of the Partnership Act 1908, and in the matter of Ian McNab Douglas and Stuart John Anderson as executors in the estate of:
Bernard Maurice Gunn; and
Alistair Jan Gunn, Derek Ivan Gunn, Christopher Bernard Gunn and Diana Coldham as executors in the estate of:
Tania Gunn and Alistair Jan Gunn.
Take notice that in accordance with section 39(2) of the Partnership Act 1908, this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership known as Kaipara Hills Forest Partnership, such partnership having been dissolved on 16 December 2009.
