Notice of Dissolution of Partnership
In the matter of the Partnership Act 1908, and in the matter of Michael Paul Beckett and Adam Henry Walter:
Take notice that in accordance with section 39(2) of
the Partnership Act 1908, this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership known as Kaka Lodge, such partnership having been dissolved on 19 February 2010.
