Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of HABITAT FOR HUMANITY (CENTRAL NORTH ISLAND) LIMITED and HABITAT FOR HUMANITY (ROTORUA) LIMITED (each an amalgamating company) give notice of a proposed amalgamation under which these two companies will amalgamate with each other on and with effect from
1 December 2010 and HABITAT FOR HUMANITY (CENTRAL NORTH ISLAND) LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company, on the terms set out in the amalgamation proposal dated 24 August 2010.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of each amalgamating company, detailed below, during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal free of charge by writing to the registered office of that amalgamating company, detailed below, requesting a copy.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY (ROTORUA) LIMITED, 50 Edmund Road, Mangakakahi, Rotorua 3015.
