1. Members of the public are notified that on 17 December 2009, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of UNI NORI LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
2. The order sought is an order that UNI NORI LIMITED acquire the shares of Southern Marine Farms Limited, in UNI NORI LIMITED, for the sum of $292,500.00.
3. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Invercargill on 9 February 2010 at 9.30am.
4. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
5. The plaintiff is Southern Marine Farms Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Eagles Eagles and Redpath, Solicitors, Level 1, 80 Kelvin Street, Invercargill 9810 (Solicitor Acting: Roger Eagles. Telephone (03) 218 2182).
