Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of DPOD LIMITED, DIGITAL PRINT ON DEMAND LIMITED, DPOD WELLINGTON LIMITED, PHOTOCOM LIMITED and PLAN AND PRINT LIMITED give notice of the proposed amalgamation of those companies.
DPOD LIMITED is intended to continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, during normal business hours at
the registered offices of the amalgamating companies
at Level 5, 50 Anzac Avenue, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
