Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
The boards of directors of MOST EXCELLENT HOLDINGS LIMITED and MOST EXCELLENT INVESTMENTS LIMITED give notice that it is
proposed that MOST EXCELLENT HOLDINGS LIMITED and MOST EXCELLENT INVESTMENTS LIMITED (together the "amalgamating companies" and each an "amalgamating company") will amalgamate
under Part XIII of the Companies Act 1993.
MOST EXCELLENT HOLDINGS LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or by any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation at
the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours, being 102-112 Daniell Street, Newtown, Wellington.
A shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
