Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that the companies propose to amalgamate on a date not less than 20 clear working days from the date of this notice.
POUTAMA INVESTMENTS LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either of the companies or any other person to whom the companies are under an obligation, at the registered office of the companies at Winstanley Kerridge Limited, 22 Scott Street, Blenheim, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of the companies, or any person to whom either of the companies is under an obligation,
is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the companies.
