Further Notice to Public of Proposed Amalgamation
Further to the notice of the proposed amalgamation provided in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 2010, No. 25, page 562, additional notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
- The board of directors of FRAMECAD IP LIMITED and LOWMAN CONSULTING LIMITED (being "the amalgamating companies") have resolved to amalgamate and continue as FRAMECAD IP LIMITED, which shall become the amalgamated company.
- The new proposed date of amalgamation is 1 May 2010 (being not less than 20 working days notice from the date of the original notice of proposed amalgamation provided on 4 March 2010).
- All rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under
an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with
a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.

LOWMAN CONSULTING LIMITED, 9 Nimrod Place, Half Moon Bay, Auckland.
