Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that the companies propose to amalgamate on 30 April 2010, with TURANGI PHARMACY LIMITED to continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either
company or any person to whom either company is under
an obligation, at the registered offices of the companies, Strettons, Towngate Building, 44 Heu Heu Street, Taupo, and at the offices of Chris Royfee Law, 107 Heu Heu
Street, Taupo, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of either company, or any person to whom either company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either company.
