Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
It is proposed that NORANA BULBS LIMITED amalgamate with SOUTHERN FLORA (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED in accordance with Part
XIII of the Companies Act 1993 ("the amalgamation proposal").
Upon amalgamation NORANA BULBS LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either
company or any person to whom either company is under
an obligation at the registered offices of that company (during normal business hours) being:
NORANA BULBS LIMITED, 15A Hokonui Drive, Gore.
SOUTHERN FLORA (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED, 15A Hokonui Drive, Gore.
A shareholder of either company, any creditor of either company or any person to whom either company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the company at its registered office stated above, marked for
the attention of the company secretary.
