Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

We hereby give notice, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies have issued a proposal to amalgamate effective at 1 April 2010.
TOURISM TRANSPORT LIMITED is intended to continue as the amalgamated company.
A copy of the proposal is available for inspection by shareholders and creditors of either company free of charge at the registered office below, during business hours.
