Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given by the boards of the above-named companies that it is proposed that WAIPAWA TIMBER SUPPLIES LIMITED will amalgamate with WTS INVESTMENTS LIMITED on 31 March 2010.
WAIPAWA TIMBER SUPPLIES LIMITED will continue as the surviving legal entity.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours at the registered office of the amalgamating companies by any member or creditor of an amalgamating company, or to any person
to whom an amalgamating company is under obligation.
Any above-mentioned persons are entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to the amalgamating company.
The registered office of both amalgamating companies is:
Staples Rodway Hawkes Bay Limited, 205 Hastings Street South, Hastings.
