Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of
the Companies Act 1993, that the following companies, namely GREENVIEW PARK VILLAGE LIMITED
and GREENVIEW PARK VILLAGE MANAGEMENT LIMITED, intend to amalgamate on 11 March 2010 as
per the amalgamation proposal dated 11 February 2010.
GREENVIEW PARK VILLAGE LIMITED is intended to continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available
for inspection by any member or creditor of the amalgamating companies or by any person to whom
the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, at the registered office of the companies:
79 Upper Harbour Drive, Greenhithe, Auckland 0632;
or at the offices of:

during normal business hours.
