Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of
QC MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) is to be held by way of postal ballot as provided for under clause 1 of Schedule 5 of the Companies Act 1993 for the purpose of confirming the appointment of the liquidators or resolving whether to appoint Katherine Louise Kenealy and Denis Clifford Parsons as liquidators in place of the liquidators so appointed.
Voting papers are available from the office of the liquidators, and must be completed and returned no later than 7 September 2010.
