Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 12-16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland, on 16 August 2010 at 2.30pm.
Business
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company’s affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
