Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company
will be held at The Monkey House Theatre, Coghill Street, Whitianga, on Thursday 28 January 2010 commencing at 11.00am.
Agenda
1. Resolution whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidator appointed or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.
2. Consideration of a statement of position of the company's affairs.
3. Appointment of a liquidation committee, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, if thought fit.
4. Other business as the meeting requires.
