Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held in the facilities at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Wednesday 20 January 2010 at 11.00am.
Agenda
1. Confirm the appointment of the liquidator or appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.
2. Consideration of a statement of position of the company's affairs together with a list of creditors and
the estimated amount of their claims which will be laid before the meeting.
3. Appointment of a liquidation committee, pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993, if thought fit.
4. Other business as the meeting requires.
