Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of PENINSULA ROAD LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) is to be held by way of postal ballot as provided for under clause 1 of Schedule 5 of the Companies Act 1993 for the purpose of confirming the appointment of the liquidator or resolving whether to appoint Katherine Louise Kenealy and Denis Clifford Parsons as liquidators in place of the liquidator so appointed.
Voting papers are available from the offices of the liquidator, and must be completed and returned no later than 3 May 2010.
