Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243(3) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, give notice that a meeting of creditors is to be held at the offices of BDO Invercargill, Lexicon House, 123 Spey Street, Invercargill, on Friday 12 March 2010, commencing at 9.00am.
Voting is to be undertaken by way of postal vote on matters notified to all known creditors.
