I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 12 April 2010.

Applicants: Graham John Stevens, Denise Angela Stevens, Christopher Noel Mathieson, Deborah Gay Mathieson, Alan Albert Cundall and Barbara Janice Cundall, c/o Ward Adams Bryan-Lamb, 65 Don Street, Invercargill.
Description: An estate in fee simple in 514 square metres, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Southland Land District under DP 425443, being part Section 15 Block X Town of Kingston, which is part of the land in Deeds Index Volume D folio 288, such land being part of the land granted to John Metcalf under Crown Grant 4110 and conveyed
to William Sinclair Trotter on 29 March 1865, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof, and Section 14 Block X Town of Kingston is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume D folio 288, with no Crown Grant issued. One part of Section 14 was sold to Dennis McKenna and one part sold to George Clements. An assent by the Governor-General of New Zealand and an approval by the Surveyor-General of New Zealand, pursuant to section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, has been issued authorising this application to bring Section 14 Block X Town of Kingston under the Land Transfer Act 1952.
