Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 2942 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1-3 DP 436974, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Registers OT214/90 and OT214/92 and part of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register OT214/93, Otago Land District.
Circumstances: The registered proprietors of the above-mentioned land are Elizabeth Jane Heavey (Computer Freehold Registers OT214/90 and OT214/92) and William White (Computer Freehold Register OT214/93) and the land is situated at the corner of Chatham Street and Greenwich Street, and Nore Street, Waihola.
