Easement: Right of way over part marked "L" on DP 314692 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 58042 specified in easement certificate B208526.2 registered on 10 June 1994.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
