Land Applied for: 1570 square metres, 140 square metres and 3440 square metres; shown on LT Plan 433728, being part of the former bed of Taonui Stream adjoining Lots 1 and 2 DP 16197 and Section 5 Westella Settlement comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN21D/100, WN595/293 and 505168 in the Manawatu District.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 21 December 2010.
