Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a septic tank effluent drainage easement.
The applicant claims the septic tank effluent drainage easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the septic tank effluent drainage easement on 15 November 2010 if no objections have been received
before that date.

Applicant: MGIK Limited, 188 Buckland Road, Mangere East, Manukau 2024.
Easements:
1. Septic tank effluent drainage easement over Lot 2 DP 51565 coloured sepia and yellow edged sepia on DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA1D/59 appurtenant to Lots 11 and 12 DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA26B/935 and NA100C/161 created by Transfer 654331 registered on 13 February 1961.
2. Septic tank effluent drainage easement over Lot 2 DP 51565 coloured sepia edged blue, coloured yellow edged sepia and coloured sepia edged sepia on DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA1D/59 appurtenant to Lots 10, 13, 16 and 17 DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA1D/1335, NA2106/84, NA3A/125 and NA2B/837 created by Transfer 654332 registered on 13 February 1961.
3. Septic tank effluent drainage easement over Lot 2 DP 51565 coloured yellow edged blue on DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA1D/59 appurtenant to Lot 14 DP 48638 comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA5A/1084 created by Transfer 654333 registered on 13 February 1961.
Circumstances: The septic tank effluent drainage easement is now connected to the main sewer system and the easements
are determined.
