Description: An estate in fee simple in 5969 square metres, more or less, being Part Lot 6 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 364194, being Part Allotment NE61 Parish of Waitara, which is the residue of
the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 14A, folio 692, such land being part the land granted to Thomas Wilson under Crown Grant 42841 on 4 August 1870, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
