Land Applied for: 1120 square metres, more or less, shown as part of Lot 2 on LT 420408, being part of the former bed
of the Onaero River adjoining Lot 6 DP 395007 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 379806 in the District of
New Plymouth.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 13 August 2010.
