Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to drain water.
The applicant claims the right to drain water is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to drain water on 2 August 2010 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right to drain water over Lot 1 DP 419102; marked "A" and "C" on DP 419102 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 473245 and over Lot 21 DP 426566; marked "I" on DP 426566 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 506905 as appurtenant to Lots 19-25 DP 370714 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 286533-286539, Lot 29 DP 370714 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 286542, Lots 1-6 DP 301761 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers 7216-7221, Lot 8 DP 301761 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 7222, Lots 9-14 DP 83558 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers CB48C/736, CB48C/737, CB48B/1089-CB48B/1092.
Circumstances: The dominant land being Lots 19-25 and 29 DP 370714, Lots 1-6 and 8 DP 301761, Lots 9-14 DP 83558 have become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision Deposited Plans 81175, 83558, 301761 and 370714 and the easement no longer services the dominant tenement.
