Description: An estate in fee simple in 3.0366 hectares, more or less, being Lot 3 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Marlborough Land District under number 424827, being Part Section 57 Kincaid Run, Kaikoura District, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 2 folio 681, such land being part of the land granted to Thomas Dickenson under Crown Grant 2225 on 21 September 1867 and subsequently transferred on 27 April 1926 by Conveyance 27888 to John Joseph Mackle, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
