I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of Computer Freehold Registers to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 474 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Wellington Land District under 429502, being Part Section 28 Wanganui Suburban, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 17 folio 28, such land being part the land granted to John Gotty of Wanganui, settler under Crown Grant 1562 on 8 December 1858 and subsequently transferred on 6 March 1866 to Michael Joseph Mulligan, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
