Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to take and convey water easement.
The applicants claim the right to take and convey water easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to take and convey water easement on 22 February 2010 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Sergio Antonio Biggemann Tejero and Alicia Virginia Meriles de Biggemann, c/o Wilkinson Adams, Lawyers,
PO Box 805, Dunedin.
Easement: The right to take and convey water created by transfer 422292 over parts shown by blue, yellow and red lines on the diagram annexed to said transfer 422292 and registered on 7 May 1974.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
