The owners of land adjoining the bank of Atuaroa Stream in the Maketu Survey District has applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Atuaroa Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Register for it in their name.

Land Applied for: 745 square metres; shown on LT 428238, being part of the former bed of Atuaroa Stream adjoining Lot 1 DPS 6739 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA2A/106 in the Maketu Survey District.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 5 July 2010.
