Land Applied for: 4.6320 hectares; shown as Lot 9 on LT 405081, being part of the former bed of the Oroua River adjoining Section 250 Town of Sandon comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN8D/517 in the District of Manawatu.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 2 July 2010.
