Land Applied for: Several parcels; marked "Pt Old Stream Bed" on LT 354545, being part of the former old river Bed of Mangapiko Stream adjoining Lot 1 DPS 86694 and Section 1 Puahue Settlement and Lot 1 DPS 86695 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers SA68B/803 and SA68B/804.
I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for, under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 14 June 2010.
