Description: An estate in fee simple in 2.0234 hectares, being Section 32 Block XV Paterson Survey District, Stewart Island, in the Southland Land District, such land being the land granted to James Mentiplay as from 23 September 1868 under unregistered Crown Grant 5887 dated 1 October 1902, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
