I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 76 square metres and 36 square metres, being Part Reserve A Square 15 and Part Section 200 District of Takaka, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Registers NL21/46 and NL66/215 Nelson Land District. The registered proprietor of the above land is the Collingwood Public Library and Institute and The Trustees for the Collingwood Public Library and Institute and the land is situated at Williams Street, Collingwood.
