Description: An estate in fee simple in 4902 square metres, being Lot 1 DP 15152, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register WN580/9 (Wellington Land District).
The registered proprietor of the above land is Evan Herbert Guthrie and the land is situated at 395 Mangarewa Road,
Ohakune. The land is also subject to caveat 424783.1, the caveator being Stewart Ernest Halford.
