The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right to drain sewage.
The applicants claim the right to drain sewage is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right to drain sewage on 12 April 2010, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: The right to drain sewage over Lot 2 DP 384556; marked "K" on DP 384556, comprised in Computer Freehold Register 338143 as appurtenant to Lots 1 and 2 DP 45272, comprised in Computer Freehold Registers CB33K/173 and CB33K/174, created by transfer 667002 registered on the 1st day of November 1965.
Circumstances: The dominant land, being Lots 1 and 2 DP 45272, has become physically separated from the servient land, being Lot 2 DP 384556, as a result of subdivision in DP 384556.
