I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 1386 square metres, being Lot 10 and Lot 10A Block II DP 225, being all of the land contained in Computer Freehold Register SL71/212 Southland Land District.
Circumstances: The registered proprietor of the above land is Louisa Adelaide Jane Ryan and the land is situated at 65 Foyle Street, Bluff. The land is also subject to mortgage 46724, the mortgagee being Thomas Winston MacLean and James Stobo MacLean.
