Land Applied for: 2950 square metres; shown on LT 374112 as old stream bed, being part of the former bed of the Kiwitea Stream adjoining Part Section 10 DP 6057 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 241422.
Intention: I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act
1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicant unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before
26 March 2010.
