Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 27th day of November 2009, realigning Braemar Road, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 December 2009, No. 183, page 4441, by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting it with the following:
"(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to
be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), set apart
for defence purposes and vested in the Crown and amalgamated in Computer Interest Register 374369."
